Join us for a four-week Art and Sound healing workshop. This small, intimate workshop uses creative expression and a sound bath to connect to oneself, self-discovery, and release. Through art, sound, and supportive conversations, Toni and Kelly will help the participants navigate life's hurdles in a supportive space of healing. No experience is necessary. This is for a person who has never painted or the experienced painter. It's more about the process than the result.

The workshop runs for 4 weeks: Monday, April 7, 14, 21, 28, 2025
