Art & Sound Healing Workshop
Join us for a four-week Art and Sound healing workshop. This small, intimate workshop uses creative expression and a sound bath to connect to oneself, self-discovery, and release. Through art, sound, and supportive conversations, Toni and Kelly will help the participants navigate life's hurdles in a supportive space of healing. No experience is necessary. This is for a person who has never painted or the experienced painter. It's more about the process than the result.
The workshop runs for 4 weeks: Monday, April 7, 14, 21, 28, 2025
Time: 6 pm - 8 pm

Holiday Art pop up!!!
Come finish your holiday shopping with us! I’ll have an array of whimsy colorful art for sale. A few of my larger canvases will be on sale which doesn’t happen very often. Kelly Abbe of Sacred Harmony Center for Wellbeing will be providing a mini sound bath of relaxing melodies while you peruse the art. Be sure to check out the art bar at Dabble… you can round out the evening by making some art off their art bar menu! A perfect evening of art and music!!

A whimsical art show featuring art from all women artists from Winston Salem and surrounding areas. This show is an established art show in its 26th year!
