I have drawn a frame onto the small canvas, used acrylic paint and paint pens to fill it in with color. The message Fly; Ascent sits around a bird in flight surrounded by a orange and yellow frame.
I wear one of these canvases quite frequently and receive many compliments on mine. On the back of mine I have a small slot to place a mantra. I fold my mantra and place it in the slot to help me hold the mantra each day. When I need to I repeat my mantra to serve as a reminder.
